"Post-Modern Online Outreach: Engaging Your Public and Earning Media Coverage for Your Brand"
While online PR strategies must target bloggers, outreach should also include the Web sites of traditional media, such as newspapers, magazines, television and radio.  The session will identify key web influencers for your brand and tips on how to generate earned media coverage with important web outlets.  Douglas Simon, president and CEO of D S Simon Productions Inc, will discuss the results of the company’s “Annual Web Influencers Survey” and will reveal online media trends and PR opportunities.  Simon will also present emerging placement opportunities, and case studies demonstrating how to generate maximum earned media coverage with credible online media outlets such as WebMD, HealthToday, About.com, CNN.com and Forbes.com.
